September 29, 2020 was our annual Dictionary Day. Denville Rotary and Denville Sunrise Rotary once again partnered to purchase and deliver a dictionary to every third grader at Riverview School and Lakeview School. It's always so uplifting to see the excitment on the faces of the students as they each receive their own dictionary. Third grade is the perfect time to encourage students to learn new words and expand their vocabulary. Although this year the pandemic prevented us from entering the schools and visiting with the children, we were still very pleased to participate in the Dictionary Project.
