They might look like crackers in Co-President Betsy's bowl but they are not. Those are raffle tickets for bottles of wine we shared with our guests at our private Italian themed Wine Pairing Dinner. Meet Sam Mushman, Sommeleir, Vino Comic. If you want to know anything about wine, just ask Sam. He has extensive knowledge so you'll get an answer, likely accompanied by a good joke! Here's a shout out to Pete, Chef/Owner, of That's Amore Trattoria in Denville. Pete set us up with a delicious four course family style Italian dinner which concluded with his very own palate-pleasing cannoli cake. We just loved our "wine tour" of Italy, fabulous food and fun with our Rotary family and guests! Maybe next time you can join us! (Take a look at the pictures in the Photo Album tab.)
